User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the types of games played on the devices sold by Boards and Pixels LLP. Boards and Pixels LLP is not liable for any legal issues arising from the games chosen by the customer. Devices are shipped empty from suppliers with content-containing MicroSD card excluded from shipments. Therefore, we do not import devices with their stock content and choose to erase them if they are shipped to us.

Compliance with Laws: Customers must ensure that their use of the devices complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding copyright and intellectual property.

Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boards and Pixels LLP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of their devices.

Modifications: Boards and Pixels LLP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

We absolutely would not help customers install or customize consoles to circumvent Nintendo Switch's security measures or anything that can run Switch emulation. The key focus is on retro software and educational purposes related to retro gaming history.

We do not install applications that directly download ROMS into the device. Please source for your ROMs responsibly.
