User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the types of games played on the devices sold by Boards and Pixels LLP. Boards and Pixels LLP is not liable for any legal issues arising from the games chosen by the customer. Devices are shipped empty from suppliers with content-containing MicroSD card excluded from shipments. Therefore, we do not import devices with their stock content and choose to erase them if they are shipped to us.
